I'm interested in your services are there any hidden costs?
Since all websites are not created equal, we give a custom price quote for each project. You can expect a typical customized e-commerce website, website hosting, domain name registration to cost approximately $4,000.00. There are additional fees if and only if you wish to add additional web pages, large amounts of website content, or have us populate your product inventory manually. We are able to stick to our original price quote 100% of the time as long as there are no unforeseen costs, custom programming or extensive database or backend work.

What about domain name registration?
Domain names are included at no additional cost if you purchase website hosting from us. Should you decide to register a domain name on your own, we recommend using a reputable and affordable service such as www.GoDaddy.com. Once you have registered your domain name we will arrange to have it pointed to your website hosting account, making your website live and as full email facilities are included with all of our web hosting packages this will also give you your own email addresses on your domain name, (ex: yourname@yourdomain.com).

What do you need from me?
This is your website so we need your input to make it achieve what you want it to achieve. We work with you, taking your ideas, plans, etc. and turning them in to a website that is attractive and functional utilizing our skills and expertise.

Initially we'll need to know which designs you like. We'll then need a copy of your logo and anything else you might wish to show us. Our aim is to work with you to make this process as straight forward and painless as possible for everyone.

Do I have a say in what my website looks like?
Absolutely. Initially we ask for some direction such as the style you would like (clean, classic, modern, business, artsy, etc) we will take this input and create a mockup design for your review. Based upon your review we then can make changes in the color scheme to suit your colors, add in your logo and website copy. You are then able to review these changes again prior to the website being completely built as the website is only partially built in this stage.

When designing your website, we pay particular attention to your requirements, to your business model and to how the finished website will be viewed by your customers. Every effort will be made to accommodate any specific design requirement you may have. We have found this approach allows us to minimize costs while maximizing your return on investment.

How long will it take to have my website created?
From receipt of all website content (logos, text, graphics, etc), a website will typically take no longer than one week to complete. It all depends on our workload, the amount of revisions you request and the complexity of the design and your own specific requirements.

Can I change the content of my website?
Yes, once your website is complete all you need to do to change the content of your website is contact us. We are typically able to make changes live on your website within 24 hours. You will be able to make minor modifications to your website such as adding or removing products, uploading product images, changing product prices, tax information, shipping rates and a few other items specific to the e-commerce functionality.

For any other changes we are more than happy to assist, with each client being allocated up to 30-60 minutes maintenance per month, this is allocated on a first come first served basis, in this way every client is treated fairly and requested changes are made in a timely manner.

Who actually owns my website?
Once your website is completed and final payment has been made, the website becomes the property of you or your company.

What is the minimum contract length?
The minimum length for website hosting is 1 year. All website hosting accounts are billed on an annual basis. You are free to cancel at anytime by simply giving us 30 days written notice prior to the end of your annual billing cycle. Upon receipt of such a notice we will cancel your account once your year long hosting account has expired.

Can I see examples of websites your company has designed?

How can I keep track of the visitors to my website?
All of our customers are provided with access to full website statistics, this enables to you logon to our statistics when required to check visitor numbers, to see which pages have been viewed, to see where these people have come from, the keywords they use to search for your website in search engines and the most popular search engines that are delivering traffic to your site.

I already have a website, can you still help?
Yes, we can take your existing content and incorporate this in your new website, presenting it in a much more updated and interesting way. And although much of the content will remain the same, the results will speak for themselves.

I have lots of products or pages do you include for all of these (populating the database)?
We include price quotes for the design and building of your website with a typical 7 web pages. Most e-commerce websites will not need to exceed these pages as they include:

- About Us Page
- New Products Page
- Specials (Sale/Clearance) Page
- Contact Us Page
- Privacy Policy Page
- Sitemap

Each product will technically have its own page, but this information is populated automatically from the product database and will not require us to create a web page for each product. Should your website require a large amount of pages, or numerous products then we include for building the website and uploading a couple of products for demonstration only. You will then have to populate the database yourself using the online tools provided. Full training and help in how to do this is provided at no cost.
